Meet Your Instructor

Insightful Skills Training delivers practical, hands-on data and digital tools training for professionals and organizations. Our founder and lead instructor, Abdullah Abdulrazik (Daraghma), brings years of experience in data analysis, continuous improvement, and adult education. 

With a Master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering, a Bachelor’s in Mathematics, multiple certifications in Machine Learning, Supply Chain Management, and Six Sigma, and experience in data analysis and engineering at Fortune 100 companies, as well as teaching at universities, companies and organizations in Canada and the USA, Daraghma focuses on delivering practical, actionable skills that learners can apply immediately. He is also a co-author of "Institutional Research Initiatives in Higher Education" (Routledge, 2018) and has conducted research on academic performance and learning outcomes.
